Damage Deposit
Credit card information will be kept on file in lieu of an upfront damage deposit. You will be notified in the event of any damage, breakage or missing items prior to charging any amount for repair or replacement. Additional damage deposit options include, rent through VRBO and purchase VBRO Insurance, (listing 1096900) or provide a $500.00 up front damage deposit, refunded within 7 days after check out, provided no damage, breakage or missing items have occurred. By signing our rental agreement, you are agreeing to be responsible for any damage, breakage or missing items and agree to follow proper departure checkout procedures for this rental property.
Memories
Cancellation Policy
Reservations that are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid. Reservations cancelled between 15 and 29 days prior to check-in will receive 50% of monies paid. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. Cancellations are required to be in writing to protect both parties.
