Step back inside into your 2400 sf completely remodeled, updated and beautifully furnished vacation home. (completed May 2017). The Penthouse provides the privacy of the entire top floor of this 7 unit, gated condo community. You have 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 overnight guests in your vacation home. The master bedroom features a king bed, sliding doors onto the balcony with a quaint sitting area, a walk-in closet, and en-suite that includes makeup area with sink, bathroom area with an oversized soaking tub and separate shower with bench seating. The hallway exiting the master bedroom has a large half bath for guests to use. The second beachfront bedroom features a queen bed, sliding doors to another quaint sitting area, a large closet and a private door to the second full bath. The bath area has a oversized tub / shower and double vanities. A hall door makes it accessible to others without going through the bedroom. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or young adults. You have 2 bunk beds, both are twin over full. A large closet will accommodate all those in the room, has a Pack N Play, beach towels and board games to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking and dining needs, we've even added baby and toddler dishes to make life easier. Just add food! You have all top of the line appliances including an ice maker that is ideal for filling the provided cooler for beach fun. We added an open counter and stools between the kitchen and family room so you don't miss the view, conversation and fun, while in the kitchen. A small laundry area off the kitchen is complete with a full size washer and dryer and laundry supplies. Across the large entry way is the dining room that will seat 8, plus a highchair. We also added an open counter in the dining area for additional seating. The family room is quite large, open and spacious with plenty of seating without feeling crowded. The custom made L shaped sectional couch provides plenty of seating and lounging space. It's perfectly positioned to view outside, enjoy the electric fireplace that adds warmth for cool evenings, as well as ambiance, or watch the 70" TV on the stone wall above the fireplace.
Amenities included are smart TV's in all bedrooms, kitchen and family room, DVD player, cable, WiFi, your login password is included in your welcome packet. Blackout blinds assist in sleeping in, fans in all bedrooms and family room, blow dryers, iron, ironing board, a safe and cushioned patio furniture. A dock box located near the common area is stocked with beach chairs, mats, toys and a beach umbrella. The common area has a charcoal grill and picnic table for your use.
If you decide to leave your fabulous vacation home, take the elevator or steps to go out the private gate and you are on the beautiful powdery sand of Clearwater Beach. The north end location of Clearwater Beach is less busy than the center of town, yet you are walking distance to most everything. Restaurants, shops and bars are a 10 minute walk or less, and Pier 60 is a just 20 minute walk . Trolleys and free shuttles are available on the main street. One (1) designated parking spot is available in the exterior parking area of our condo. Additional vehicles can park the street in front of the cottages on a first come first serve basis. The Condo association By-Laws do now allow motorcycles, trailers, RV's, ATV's or boats in the parking lot.

Fun things to do
The best way to get around is walking. Finding available parking can be difficult and expensive. Take a walk, enjoy the sand, explore the island, and check out the beach shops and local restaurants.
Clearwater’s famous Pier 60 is a 20 minute walk from the condo, or take the trolley or free beach shuttle for a fun time at the pier. Local vendors sell their goods, hair braiding, henna tattoos, water slides, bungee jumping, caricature artists, acts and music two hours before and two hours after sunset. A movie is provided on the lawn area at dark. Not into the kid thing, Pier 60 is a great place to watch the beautiful sunset with anyone. Fishing is also available on the pier for minimal fee. Busch Gardens, located in Tampa has exciting rides and amazing animal attractions. Orlando offers Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Sea World. If you are in need of retail therapy, the Orlando International Premium Outlets Mall is the place to go.
Johns Pass Village, Madeira Beach is a 16 mile coastal drive heading towards St. Petersburg. It takes about 40 minutes to get there and worth the drive. Quaint shops line the boardwalk, homemade candies, ice cream shops, bars and restaurants. The boardwalk is covered so it’s great if you want a day out of the sun.
